At EFAB Shop, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at support@efabshop.com within 12 hours of placing your purchase.

Cancellation Terms

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After 12 hours, your order may already be processed or shipped, and we will no longer be able to stop it.

If your order has already shipped, you may return it following our 30-Day Hassle-Free Return Policy once it arrives.

How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, please email us at support@efabshop.com with the following information:

• Order number
• Reason for cancellation (optional)

Once your cancellation is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
