1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

2. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns when an item:

• Arrives damaged or defective
• Is the wrong item delivered
• Does not match the product description

Items must be unused and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Perishable or consumable goods
• Personal hygiene items (unless defective)
• Custom or personalized items
• Clearance items unless defective

4. Refunds

After inspection of the returned item:

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Processing typically takes 5 business days.
• You will receive an email confirmation once completed.

5. Return Shipping Costs

• EfabShop pays return shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
• Customer pays return shipping for change-of-mind returns.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are available for defective or damaged items. Notify us during your return request.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours if not yet shipped. After shipping, cancellations are not possible.
